High-voltage safety notice. EV batteries and drive units can cause serious injury, even when the vehicle is switched off. Do not open, disconnect, or attempt to repair high-voltage components yourself. If a high-voltage battery or overheating warning appears, follow the vehicle’s instructions, pull over as soon as it is safe, and contact a qualified EV service provider or your insurer’s roadside assistance service, if available.
How we work. We only work on vehicles you own or are authorized to repair, for lawful diagnosis and repair. We do not disable airbags or other safety systems, change odometer readings, remove emissions equipment, or bypass anti-theft protection, subscriptions or paid features. We are independent and not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Tesla, Rivian or Lucid. Independent repairs may affect manufacturer warranty coverage.
